How long is the processing time?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-96 hours.
We can also ship on weekends

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your item is shipped, you should receive an automatic notification via email with the tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking number or it is invalid, don’t worry. Contact us and we will resolve the issue!

My order is still “in progress,” when will it be shipped?

Courier orders are processed within one working day. If your order is placed after business hours, it will be processed on the next business day. For pre-ordered products, they will be shipped the day after they arrive.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

When will I receive my package?
