Returns 

If you receive a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product is shipped, please contact Niwell Customer Support at elecneckmassager.shop prior to returning issues.

All products to be returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition with complete accessories and manuals, otherwise additional fees will be required.

Return service is available within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Reverse shipping fee is required.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Niwell’s discretion.

If you have purchased a Niwell product from other channels instead of Niwell official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.

Refund 

As soon as Niwell receives a returned product and checks that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days of refund process.
